Central Services aims to provide service excellence that enables:
- High quality education for the public benefit
- Students to become accomplished
- Staff to become fulfilled
- Parents to become delighted
- Operations to become excellent
The Learning Trust’s ambition is to support its schools so that the sum of the whole is greater than its constituent parts; each school must be capable of having a greater impact as a result of being a part of the Learning Trust. The cost of this provision must be fair and transparent across the schools and is currently 4% of a school’s total income.
